This is one reason why I prefer seeing bands that don’t sell places out and buying at the window.
The other is that it’s waaay cheaper.
You see the band too. Not from half a mile away in the stadium

I think the Live Nation CEO is overpaid. That average of $146 per ticket will be much lower if you remove all the fees they tack on. Not to mention the scalper market that they actively encourage (because they get a cut of those too). Also, don’t completely absolve the artists. They absolutely have a say or at least they are aware of the dynamic pricing and scalper shenanigans.
Lost a lot of respect for Queens of the Stone Age for the bullshit ticket sale for the new shows they are doing. I wanted to see them but I said fuck that. I’m not paying 400$.
Y'know what? I agree. Let the people who want to destroy their eardrums also destroy their wallets.

Seriously, "I don't like this thing, so fuck anyone who does!" Why can't we just be chill with people liking whatever makes them happy (within reason obviously) rather than actively rooting against it?
You can wear ear plugs at a show... You also don't need to stand right at the front
