Travel times didn't increase, fuel use decreased (saving drivers money), but "I have a duty to protect the mobility of those who drive to work 🤡"

30kph is so nice. I'd love to hear - or not hear - just how much quieter it is there.

If it gets scrapped then dump an animal carcass on that guys doorstep for every person killed by a car in the city - 'duty to protect'.
