Seriously, this is now my favorite summary of the fediverse.

Unfortunately the atprotocol is more like Profits > People > Platforms
bsky is literally a non-profit, and all their shit is oss
Bluesky is a for-profit public benefit corporation, but their stuff is open source. and ATproto is great.
