The idea is probably to trigger a small war. It's not the first time some leader is doing a war as a distraction and to give the people a common enemy. Some also like to send the people they don't like to that war. It usually works in short term and ends in disaster in long term.
The Krassensteins aren't random citizens, they're terminally online shitposts.
