On the last day we walked home together, another one of her coworkers unexpectedly joined us. Because of that, I couldn’t find the right moment to say anything or invite her somewhere, since her friend was in a hurry. I don’t blame her, her friend, or myself for this - it just happened the way it needed to.
Later, she told me she wasn’t looking for a relationship. She responded to my words very gracefully and said, “I’m not the person you need.”
About an hour after we said our last goodbye, I messaged her on Telegram, telling her that I had thought about it carefully and realized my feelings weren’t deceptive - that I truly liked her.
Thank you, everyone, for your support (special thanks to everyone who commented on my previous post). Now I know how to handle things next time and that I shouldn’t be afraid to show my feelings. This was an important experience for me.
Next time, I’ll definitely overcome my weakness and introversion
