You can do some king of animation I understand with Inkscape it's no possible.

did you🤡 look at it? inkscape needs to be downloaded, graphite.rs is a webpage. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I did actually read the site, of the first 3 blurbs on the site that I read none of them mentioned that feature. Take for example:

Graphite is a free, open source vector and raster graphics editor, available now in alpha. Get creative with a fully nondestructive editing workflow that combines layer-based compositing with node-based generative design.
