again. and again they screw it up.What a piece of shit software this has become? Everything, seriously... the design is a waste of whitespace - this has not been designed but forced on humans by unhuman devs that are sick.

Thunderturd also decides if a plugin is compatible or not but this has gotten out of hand because ppl develop plugins in their spare time and these assholes at TB expect ppl to work for them for free. Fuck Thunderbird and the people behind it. Like anything Moz touched! Mozilla is the EA of web.

Constant mocking by the devs: "Your plugin has been deactivated" and offer a button "search for alternatives" well knowing there arent any.

The number of plugins for TB will decrease because of the decisions made by ppl that work on thunderbird. The quality of the plugins will decrease as so often proven by the TB devs - threaded view is a stolen idea they fucked up.

This is the equivalent of a dictatorship. Person 1 invents a nice plugin, moz devs are butt hurt, steal function claiming it is beneficial if it is part of the core app. that is a lie! fuck those devs.

feel free to downvote, ban or whatever...this is an echochamber that has proven over and over again that any criticism is met with downvotes and yet thunderbird has not gotten better at any point in time! if you are using thunderbird in 2025 you are sick and pathetic.

Are you donating huge amounts of money to Thunderbird? Or do you expect it for free?

Please learn to control your rage...

Is Thunderbird donating huge amounts of money to the opensource they use? last time i checked they didnt. just like moz. remember heartbleed?

I expect the plugins to be free...ofcourse...just like TB expects the devs to upload them for free. Or what do you mean? Havent they been selling out enough when MOZ gave our data to google?

Please learn to control your memories. :-)

You are funny. But I guess you don't donate to them, and yet you are complaining (some would say whining) about your free software, doesn't work for free, for you...

Mozilla didn't give our data to Google. That's all on you. If you use google, then you give them your data.

Try a little harder to control your rage, because it's making you blind, and writing stupid things.

Wtf

The redesign is a fail but I just hope it isnt done. I made a post about this on connect, but that was constructive and friendly, not... this

show me. what is connect? printmagazine connect.de?

hat was constructive and friendly, not… this

ok centrist, do I understand correctly that in your world a rant is not supposed to be public? for the reason? not that I am saying dictators use your argument - but they might light your perspective. where do you think users should be allowed to rant? i mean nobody has been personally attacked and yet in this echochamber not a single reply was able to not mention this nothingburger of an argument. if one wants curated centrists views there is still meta, right. you tell me, where it is legit to rant in public.

I knew if I didnt send the URL you would be too incompetent to find it and not able to harrass the devs

Also lol you should check the definition of "centrist" and not mix political stances with random other things like unconstructive harrassment
