  • sandals
  • shorts
  • no face shield
  • no hearing protection
  • no gloves
  • improper ventilation

It takes one injury to change your entire life. It's not "waiting for optimal conditions". It's basic PPE.

If you think grinding down a weld is that dangerous then feel free to wear it yourself
