Thats an early announcement, although it does give them 6 months to improve and polish.

Do you think you think they'll make any changes in the 6 months yall have to wait over the northern hemisphere or just keep y'all waiting 6 months for the exact same update?

I like to think the northern hemisphere as the beta testers. So when summer does come around down under we should havea polished version with fewer bugs to deal with. We have enough of those in our lives, we don't need them in game.

Do speed runners there often play Northern Hemisphere versions of games due to bugs allowing more sequence breaks than local versions?

That would make sense. I would find it hilarious for the northern hemisphere speed runners play the game upside down with the southern hemisphere version.

With everything Nintendo is putting those guys through, I'm glad to see they are still putting work into Palworld. I kind of want to get it just to show support.

Does Terraria know?

Definitely waiting for the v1.0 release of this. I've tried it a few times and its too janky at the moment, especially with path finding in your buildings. Hopefully they can keep going and actually make it to a 1.0 release.
