If you're into it, there's an event at Scadding Court community centre on the 22nd that'd be a fab place to find people interested in the common good. https://torontourbangrowers.org/events/scadding-court-seedy-saturday-2025 Worst case scenario, you go home with some pamphlets and a seed packet.

If you're new to the city and not sure where to start, my absolute favourite Toronto group The Stop (no affiliation) will have people there. But if food security isn't your thing, Repair Cafe will be there, possibly Free Geek (another gem)...
