Adding the url parameter "&peek_pws=0" to the end of the url on your google search turns off personalised results

Discoverd it after Google suggested it for a search term that didn't have many results

replacing the url with duckduckgo.com will also turn off google personalization.

Also you can use Startpage, which works like a proxy to google
