I'm surprised they didn't just stretch the northern states to consume Canada. Perhaps they are afraid of giga Michigan and it's immense power.

Where's this from? (I'm probably out of the loop.)

Whoever it is, I at least appreciate that they didn't fuck up MIMAL or his pan of Kentucky-fried chicken.

Northern Sicily had me rolling, especially without Gibraltar.

Mexican here. Those are the states unpleasant accents so I'm on board with this plan.

I'm a big fan of Cascadia. This map is just imperialist madness.

The State of Jefferson garbage in northern California is laughable. None of those clowns understand that states need to produce something to be financially viable, lest they simply mooch off of the federal government.

That area of CA produces nothing of real value, but then again, most red states do just mooch off of the federal government...

I live smack dab in the middle of "The 'state' of Jefferson" area and it's amazing how laughably disjointed the SoJ morons are. Functionally all the SoJ bumper stickers and other merch amount to a red flag when dealing with people.

I think their economic plan is "sell water"? A lot of the push is driven by resentment about Southern California stealing "our" water (and only giving back millions of dollars of tax money for projects that would be unsustainable for a sparsely populated rural state)

I wonder if this American expansionism is going to cause friction with Putin. There's o way in he'll he is going to support it.

I seriously think they’re looking at the Mercator versions of these maps and are having serious size envy. Trump probably thinks Russia is massive (granted it’s twice the size of the US) and wants the US to be that big too. If he knew the size of Africa he’d probably be going after that instead.

Is that the Philippines in the corner there?

Reminds me of Japan taking Hawaii in terms of how far of a stretch it is.

We need that land as a um..safety buffer. yeah. Its for our safety. We dont feel comfortable around Canadians and Mexicans. Or our fellow Americans for that matter, they will need to go elsewhere.

Is there a reason they only want some of central america? And why only part of those islands? Might as well make it all solid as long as we're dreaming.

Obviously a lot of dumb here, but I'm most curious about the dividing of some of the existing states.

Like, I assume LN is Lincoln? But I thought the Lincoln movement was something on the East Cost, along Tennessee or something?

Texas being divided up with AU (Austin?) Being the biggest chunk is interesting. Not sure what's up with the chopping up on Oklahoma and Sequoia (?) though.

What's with that AB business in Wyoming?

Also interesting that California would encompass all of the Baja Peninsula. I would have figured that would have broken off as its own state (BJ for Baja probably would have been too awkward for the conservative that drafted this, but maybe BC for Baja California?)

I'd love to hear more about these if anyone can point me to references.
