Feels like Apples already giving up on the Vision Pro, not sure Android should even put resources into this

Someone should, I think. Even though we have Android based headsets already (Meta Quest etc), a means for regular apps in the Play Store to perhaps take advantage of the XR space wouldn't go astray.
