The most seppo-brained post of the day.

Clean up as you go when cooking. You're probably dicking around most of the time, anyway. If you don't cook, learn. Also, lawyer up, delete Reddit, and dump food waste in the compost.

No! You're giving them bad advice. Let the dishes pile up!

I love when that happens because then I can do all the dishes and my husband will pet my hair and tell me I did a good job. You're bad advice will take that from me if he reads this. Delete! >:(

Or maybe you shouldn't conceptualise affection and kindness in a transaction-based manner. Your husband is not a pet machine that you throw dish coins into, stop objectifying him (unless he likes it I ain't kink shaming).

Just wash them immediately and have a "no dishes in the sink rule"

Also it doesn't have to be perfect, your immune system can handle an occasional stray bit of unwashed food particles

Again and again, the cycle repeats. There is no end to the washing.

Argue about acceptable levels of dust but end-up agry vacuming anyway, again

[-] CoderKat@kbin.social 2 points 1 year ago

Like, what the hell? You do the dishes and the next day they're dirty again?? What was even the point...
