This is common jargon in programming shops.

Standup is typically a daily meeting for each member of the team to briefly mention what they are working on, and is also the place to bring up any blocking issues preventing progress

This kind of language is common in these meetings, and this meme I guess is being critical of people not properly representing the situation in their work
