Looks great! I could never get into layouts much smaller than 75% for my usage but I love how smaller layouts look.

The icons on the modifier keys are fun too.

When I first started collecting I thought that I really needed a 100. Then I got a TKL, then a hhkb, then a 40....

I'm lucky that I don't have to type fast at my job because the constant changing keyboards and having to remember how I programmed the layers definitely slows things down.

Planck was one of the first keyboards I got - this is such a great board. Think I got 4 of them now :-)

Drop Planck
Clone GMK Taro and Drop Acute keycaps
68g Boba u4t switches

Nice board! Wish I could use one at work too but my wpm goes down the drain whenever I try anything under a 60%.

Also, nice name OP.

That's quite tiny. How awkward are orthogonal keyboards at first?

[-] StickBugged@kbin.social 3 points 1 year ago

I got an ortho keyboard (Planck EZ) a couple of months ago, and at first typing on it was really awkward, but after only a couple of days my typing speeds got almost as good as before. Layers are a bit confusing, but it's not super hard to memorize them

This is my first one and there has been a definite learning curve. Typing speed has definitely taken a hit, but I'm still enjoying it.

That's so cute!

Looks great! What does the "code" key do?

[-] 001@kbin.social 1 points 1 year ago

That’s just the Windows key

Oh ok, cool!
