A lot of seedboxes are hosted in The Netherlands, from my understanding, its kind of an unenforced law, or selectively enforced.
As for how we can get away with it, it's kind of simple and also cool. Our VPS host Privex is super chill, and we are signed up with them anonymously. Let's say The Netherlands demanded Privex shut us down right away. Privex (who is based in Belize, which has no MLATs or other agreements with The Netherlands) would contact us and say "Hey, we gotta get you off this location, what do you want to do?" We would then easily hop ship to another location on Privex. We've actually been wanting to move to a Sweden VPS (who's datacenter is also extremely chill) to have a little more freedom in that way.
But basically, we can do it because in a worst case scenario we'd just pop back up again. Whether that be on a different VPS, different location or even different host, and we'd be back in business within a few hours (probably significantly less)
Hope this could answer your question.
