We cannot pull parts from a brand-new unit in order to sell, that would make the entire unit a loss. Additionally, even if we could, we do not have the means to charge you for parts. Regardless of your lost parts, we are not obligated to sell additional parts, as no manufacturer is obligated too. I will not be escalating this as it will just be re-iterated, this is not a policy we can make an exception too.
