A community for the fans and critics of the show 30 Rock.
Discussion of the show, pictures from the show and anything else 30 Rock related.
Rules:

The other layer to that joke (because it's 30 Rock and most jokes are at least 2 jokes in 1) is that those 'kids" are probably actors in their 30s.
