I've recently been really enjoying poached eggs on toast with sriracha sauce drizzled on top, with a decent portion of chipotle baked beans on the side.

That is fucking brilliant, and OF COURSE it's British! Sadly, I live in the States. I highly doubt I could get my hands on this here.
