You do realize Biden has announced his support for denouncing the ICC for this very action by the House right? He absolutely should be held to account for it.
EDIT: Ok pedants, Sanction and 'denounce' are not the same - I get it. One has actual limitations preventing us from interacting with the people who don't even want to come here anyway.
Come on, you can't just expect .world users to actually read or think critically like that

If you scroll up a bit, someone else was kind enough to post Biden's quote opposing this piece of legislation.
Fair but the detail is irrelevant in this particular case.
"We support international law..." "Except when we don't."
Why even pretend?
Is that a sourced quote from Biden or the administration, or are you just making up a quote to get mad at?
There's plenty of room to criticize Biden for his actual actions in the Israel-Palestine conflict. No need to make shit up.
In fact, the only reason I could think to do so would be if you were his political opponent. Like, hypothetically speaking, if I were a conservative on the Internet trying to undermine Biden's support and also draw attention away from the fact that it's Republicans in the House doing this, I might (hypothetically) post this article with a purposefully vague headline and a picture of Biden on the Internet. Seems doing something like that would serve GOP goals rather nicely, wouldn't it?

Maybe, just maybe, I don't think we should be supporting genocide; even when it's "our team" - since apparently that's the only way y'all see it.
Maybe it's just me, but I'm failing to see how accusing Biden of supporting things that he has explicitly condemns is going to help stop genocide here?
Sanction, Denounce, it all boils down to "The ICC can fuck itself, we do what we want; and what we want is to support the genocide of the Palestinian people."
If your argument boils down to near meaningless (there is a hassle for ICC members with the sanction) pedantry, then your argument sucks.
