MODERATORS
Re-establishment of clans and tribes will soon become an economic necessity for the poor. Unions would of course be better, but I'm not holding my breath.
Counterpoint: Clan night raids with fire & steal on the local oligarchs & tyrants.
Realistically, it will be poor tribes vs poor tribes more often than not.
