What's the problem with Kikkoman? I was under the impression that that was pretty OK for most purposes? Or am I a soy sauce bogan for liking it?
It’s totally fine as a basic. But there is Sweet, Mushroom, Dark, Tamari, and a zillion others I forget right now. Bread isn’t just bread. Rice isn’t just rice.
