Wait what. 196 is a trans sub? I never cared or researched, it just seemed one of the weird meme subs that has no special theme except the rule.
It's not explicitly trans (like atkion said), but it is hosted on blahaj.zone, an explicitly trans instance.

It wasn't always, and it's not explicitly a trans sub, but yeah it's definitely been very trans-oriented since well before we migrated here from reddit
Well that is the rule, but we are in blahaj.zone so if there is even a slight confusion about anything you can quite safely assume its a lgbtq+ post
