Printing has really opened up the hobby in a lot of ways. For some non-Warhammer games I’ve used printing not just because it was cheaper, but because the unofficial models were just better.

Some creators are a bit iffy on the models, usually because there's too much detail for the scale. It looks great in renders but it's almost unpaintable. Some others like station forge have got it spot on, though. Enough detail to keep it interesting without being an absolute pain to paint.

I don't have hands on with the Tablehammer sculpts, but from the pictures they look properly chunky with big shapes meant for painting by the average hobbiest.
