Or you don't believe in the transfer of consciousness... If they uploaded my mind to a digital body it wouldn't be me, but a copy that believes it was me, but I'd be... Dead? Uhh... Not that. unless we're talking heads in a jar transhumanism? Hmmm. I don't really know too much about it I guess

That isn't transhumanism, well it's one little bit of it. Life extension medical technology would be transhumanism, implants are transhumanism, gene editing is transhumanism.
