I say just settle for Stealth if you want to use reddit on mobile. It's a reddit app that has no option to log in so is a pure lurk mode app. You can subscribe and save posts locally and export it the way newpipe works. It uses teddit instances or a web scraper to access content.
Well, I can still comment, and view nsfw posts, which is one of the things on Lemmy that is growing slowly. Additionally, I'm a mod there, so, I kind of have to access actually useful mod tools somehow when on mobile
That makes sense to use a cracked Boost in that case. I'm more in the camp of burn as much bridges as possible from reddit, so no account use, interactions, and wiped my content which is why Stealth has been preferable for me. Especially with the Privacy front end option as opposed to a direct reddit.com access.
