I thought airfryer was supposed to be alternative to pan, oven or a fryer, not to microwave
so far as i've been able to sus out, an air fryer literally is an oven.
It's a tiny convection oven. My wife wants one. Despite us having a convection oven. This has caused arguments
It's essentially a small convection oven on steroids. You can also get oven style airfryer with trays, rotating baskets and rotisserie spits.
