Just give everyone the time they need to create a complete product. Some of the greatest masterpieces take the longest time to develop. I don't want games that are rushed to launch all buggy and finally get into a working state after months of fixes.

I really don't think that's possible with some of these team sizes. When games post screenshots that their script is 12,000 pages long, it gets to the point where no one person can conceive the overall game.

I mean, the far cry games clearly have a jumping puzzle dev team. It's just so much bloat.
