When I google it it says it was released on HBO Max but I can't find it anywhere

EDIT: apparently its only available on HBO Max Latin America and Cartoon Network Latin America. Is it possible for someone to use a vpn to download it from the hbo site? How do people rip videos from a website like hbo?

I vaguely remember a post yesterday about HBO max removing a bunch of stuff for some reason. Try googling about that.
