Is that a challah? I've been looking about for a good, representative recipe - not being jewish, I don't have cultural background to base a "correct" challah on. Instead, I've admired the gorgeous braided bread in photos.

It is pretty close to it. I did it a bit differently from what I am seeing online. I might try to get it exact the next loaf.
