good drawing program is Xournal++. As for browsers being pc-focused, I think Mobile Linux needs some design guidelines based on (but not violating the copyright of) Google's Material Design, but specifically made to work with Free Desktop principles, while also offering a simplified pathway to port between webapps, mobile Linux, and Android.
