This group is current mainly focused on raising awareness and calls to action for helping Ukraine in its war against Russia's colonialist aggression. To this end we also encourage as secondary focus:
- Sharing Ukrainian Culture
- Exposing Russian Compromised Companies/Media/Politicians and Narratives
- Exposing the history of Russian Imperialism, under the current regime, under the USSR and under the Tsars.
- Raising awareness of other countries suffering from Russia's Colonialist Agression (Chechnya, Syria, Georgia, Belarus, etc).

MODERATORS
Hmm. I'm not sure whether I'm misunderstanding something, or if something isn't working right.
I saw this original post, and your reply, get boosted into my Mastodon feed.
I replied to Dana's original post (actually slightly before your reply Toni):
"I think it looks amazing. Homemade borshch is great.
Really good photo too!
And the recipe sounds quite easy."
But my reply from Mastodon is still not showing here.
I wonder if it is because I replied as unlisted rather than public? I will try that next time.
Anyway - consider this my reply (if it posts this time)!
I can see your original response on blahaj.zone but not on here.
Yeah there is a lot of learning in how these forums work. I have also set up a test account and a test forum on a Friendica instance, just to see how that works. I've also joined some existing forums using my friendica account. The problem seems to be that friendica doesn't pull in old forum threads, not even the pinned posts (unless I accidentally joined a forum that has no pinned post, I'll double check).
