Ugh, I hate to link the Daily Hive but it is the best list out there right now: https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/canada-day-fireworks-metro-vancouver-2023

No fireworks in Vancouver proper, but some of these are def transit accessible, especially Burnaby events.
