Cannot subscribe to communities since the v18 update (lemmy.ca)

Since the update to Version 18, I have been unable to subscribe to any communities (local and federated), with the subscribe button simply not appearing. I am using Firefox 114.0.2 with uBlock Origin running. Anyone know what I might do to fix this issue? Thanks!!!

Edit1: Just tried the same process using Brave Browser, and experiencing the same issue:

Edit2: @floofloof's workaround of searching for the community via the "communities" tab seems to work intermittently on both Chrome and Firefox!

Yet another workaround is to just click the community title. The subscribe button will then appear on refresh (but won't on the usual F5 or Ctrl+R refresh). I haven't had a chance to dig deeper and see what's going on.
