Obviously you'll need to install telegram messenger and also some translator to be able to read the text as it's only in Russian. Быстрее всего = без какой либо проверки постим все подряд. Сейчас лучше не за скоростью гнаться, а ждать когда все немного уляжется и будет понятно что и как
