Uh, they are "allowed". As in they're legal. But they're disgusting bootlickers siding with oppressive giant corporations over worker's rights. So often, they'll be ostracized by family and friends, as they should be. That's allowed too.

Why? Scabs give a lot less of a shit about quality, and we're taking about a 4000lb (1800kg) vehicle at highway speeds.

Think about that, aside from wanting regular folks to succeed while working for a wealthy, well-lawyered multinational car corporation.
