So the one thing I've noticed about here in Indo is that there are no public bins. But people don't just chuck their stuff. I've asked a bunch of people what's the go and they thought I was mad.

It's the opposite in my local park where there's a few public bins and people just chuck their stuff on the ground. Some cunt leaves their up and go on the top of the bin... regularly.

Same in Japan. Public bins are uncommon.
