So the one thing I've noticed about here in Indo is that there are no public bins. But people don't just chuck their stuff. I've asked a bunch of people what's the go and they thought I was mad.
It's the opposite in my local park where there's a few public bins and people just chuck their stuff on the ground. Some cunt leaves their up and go on the top of the bin... regularly.
It's worth a stake out just to catch em and tell em to up and go eff themselves ๐
Ugh is it really that much more effort to put it IN the bin??
Same in Japan. Public bins are uncommon.
