haaa I was in a meeting with a bunch of people at 50 Lonsdale when news trickled in. That was fun! Meeting effectively abandoned, watched the announcement instead.
Wait, you work in my office building now?
nah, just a frequent visitor :)
(giving advice or asking for money, mostly! If I can swing a lunchtime meeting a bowl of poké never goes astray..)
The Banh Mi joint at the Telstra building next door, is a solid lunch option too.
Those poke bowls have gotten much smaller since that pandemic. Was my go to lunch back then, but not anymore.
Oh I always get the bún at that place! delicious. Had meant to get that today, but there was a huge queue by the time I got there. Had my sad leftovers instead.
No such thing as sad leftover!!! They're all happy!!
