That’s awful, poor person. And poor you - are you ok?
No problem. Not my first rodeo. Will be doing self-care all the same. Thanks anyway, as I have to admit it was a bit of a shock to witness. But the cops were great - and they referred me to a trauma survival service which surprised me more than I thought it would, so to speak.
