On hold to Cennalink. Get your bets down as to how long I'll be on hold this time around.
Edit: 40 mins plus the five minutes on hold while they entered my deets.
39 minutes the first time, then you will get hung up on. Then 85 minutes.
And when they do answer they'll tell you the opposite of what they told you last time.
Ha close, guy seemed surprised that I called to have them tag the certificate.
Mate, because if it doesn't get done I get threatening letters about not meeting my obligations.
Just about but this time I didn't get hung up on (unlike last time when the line dropped out mid-call).
