This doesn't explain the entire method to meditation
Meditation is easy once you know how to properly do it
You also need to know how to relax your body and get comfortable along with finding a distraction free environment
Also, getting distracted doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
noticing that you got dostracted and getting back on track for a while until it happens again is what it is all about (if you ask me)
This is the key, that returning to focus is actually where you are working.
