Its the NASA big rocket, for moon or Mars missions with crew and gear that need more launch power than rockets designed for LEO can do efficiently.

What is LEO? In my world, that is a Law Enforcement Officer but that doesn't fit here.

Low Earth Orbit.

Which translates to below 500km orbits. Usually 300km or lower.
