My cat likes to crunch on a plain leaf or two when I'm prepping a salad. Especially baby spinach. I think she just likes the moisture and the crunch, because she usually leaves most of the mangled leaf there for me to toss out. But she would enjoy pawing through a bowl like this, to pick out one leaf for herself.
