As of Photon v0.8.0, you can now:

• Create communities
• Manage communities
• Easily manage your mod team

I've also implemented most user and admin features, and have a few extra moderator features.

Here's what I'm aware I need to do next for full feature parity:

• ~~Add user profile picture changing~~
• ~~Add pinning to instance~~
• ~~Add modlog~~
• ~~Add signing up~~
