As someone who's very excited about the new season, as most of the people here I guess, I'm really happy that we get to see the gang again and mostly I feel like it's going to be as epic as it was.

But the history teaches us that spins offs, remake and a long breaks changes things. Cast, directories, etc AR not at the same place they were back then and people change.

What do you think?

I'm going to try and go in with a positive view of "yay more futurama" rather than expecting any specific thing.

If I dislike it, then that doesn't stop the old episodes existing.

This is my thoughts as well, much healthier than any other approach. Same approah for things like game remakes and Disney live action remakes.

Don't forget books that get turned into movies. People lose their minds if it's not the way they have in their head.

The books still exist! Why spend time on things you're not happy with?

That being said, I'm pretty excited that they're coming back. Worst case scenario is that I don't care about whatever they're doing. Best case is that we get more awesome Futurama!
