Games update system requirements with updates all the time. Good luck playing many of the 2000s MMOs that are still supported with the same hardware. Might be a few that work but most won't.
Is it not a pack that expands the game, nor content you can download? I can understand the desire for a new name for extra content released at least one generation later, but the existing descriptions still work.
my issue with this expansion is, can you really call it dlc if it can't be played on the original hardware that the base game was released on?
