Oh sick! So if this goes through, precedent is set that anyone who can come up with a reason greater than “my video game leaked”, can legally ~~broker~~ ~~collect~~ ~~harvest~~ request data from select discord servers that can directly tie the real identity of an individual to their windows device id.

I can’t see that being abused at all.

Yeah this feels like a turning point. Right now for most people it's a vague threat of privacy most people are somewhat aware of like "meh it's probably fine". If this goes through, it changes to a very real risk of being systematically doxxed at any time by whoever asks.
