I hate how there's a certain segment of the population who loves to hate everything AI, while a vast majority of the programmers are saying that it really is changing everything. Maybe it's not yet ready for your industry, but it's a fundamentally different world (and attitude) for ours.

You just can't be stupid about it. Re-interate on rules to fix bad behaviors, AI and human code reviews together, don't burn tokens just because you can. And you can't say stupid shit like "Want to interview my agents first?"
