Haha indeed, I hadn't noticed. First time I came across it, I'm subscribing
I saw this elsewhere online so don't know where the QR code leads, as it's so small to scan in this image. As for it being satirical, yes. A subvertisment is a parody of corporate or political advertising, often to make a point.
